The Oak Creek Ranch is located in Comanche and Hamilton Counties 7 miles southeast of Gustine, Texas. The property consists of 791+/- acres separated by FM Hwy. 1702. 470+/- acres are located on the west side of FM 1702 with 320+/- acres south and east of FM 1702. Several access points off the highway are available into the ranch. There is a main entrance to the nice ranch house located off the primary highway.

The topography on the ranch varies greatly depending on your location on the property. The western portion of the ranch has a high ridgeline with views for miles back to the west.
