From Georgetown head south on HWY 17 S (Fraser Street) for 10.7 miles and turn right onto S-22-31 (Powell Street) then 4.2 miles until you see the sign on the right and the driveway is immediately past the sign. This is Grayson Drive and follow it back about .5 miles until the road makes a sharp right. Stop at the turn and the property is almost directly in front of you.
