Fields 1 (34.12 ac) and 3 (27.26 ac) have already had determinations for HEL vs NHEL ground and can be farmed immediately. Both are HEL grounds and producers should contact the NRCS office in order to set up a conservation plan (Requirement for all HEL grounds) to remain in compliance.

Fields 7 (1.18 ac) and 8 (18.52 ac) have not had any determinations done yet and anyone who bought this ground and wanted to farm those 2 fields would need to sign a 1026 form with FSA requesting a determination be made in case a conservation plan is needed for highly erodible land (HEL) and to determine if a wetland is present.
