This Donley County ranch consist of 80 +/- acres of grassland. There is a newer game fence on the south and east sides. The north and west sides have barbed wire fences in fair condition. There is one windmill on the property, but has not been used in several years. The condition of the well is unknown. This property has been a dryland farm in the past, but is currently in transition to grass.
