A very nice fully wooded 80 acre tract of land in northeastern Gladwin County. Easily accessed with half mile frontage on a paved road. One of those places where it just nice to set and listen to the wind easing thru the branches. Should be a good place for turkey as well, plenty of nice roosting trees. An easy woods to navigate thru with good visibility. There are a couple box style deer blinds on the property.

Large areas of Au Sable State Forest located to the east and south if your group need more area to wander. Only a couple miles to the SW to Secord Lake for fishing, swimming, and water sports. Located about midway between West Branch and Gladwin for supplies.
