This good small grain farm is located from US 81 & St. Hwy. 51 Jct. in Hennessey, mile west on St. Hwy. 51, 1 mile north on blacktop road, 1 mile west, then north OR 1 mile north on US 81, 2 miles west, then mile north to the SW/C of the property. According to the Kingfisher County F.S.A., there are approximately 77.64 acres of cropland with a 76.2 acre wheat base and a 31 bushel per acre yield. Principle soil types of the cropland are Dale silt loam and Ashport clay loam, both Class II with lesser amounts of Yahola fine sandy loam, Class III and smaller amounts of Grainola-Ashport and Grainola Masham complex, both Class IV. The balance of the land is in waterway and scattered timber. Improvements include good permanent fence on the north, south, and east sides of the farm.
