The Falcon 80 Tract is +/-80 acres located West of Willisville, Arkansas. The property is accessed by a legal right of way on a woods road across adjoining timberlands. The tract has rolling topography with primarily fine sandy loam soils which offer great productivity for pine timber growth and a native site index of 90+ Feet (Base Age 50). The tract was site prepared and planted in 2008 followed by a chemical release spray to control hardwoods. The site received supplemental tree planting in 2009 to restock areas that had poor survival the first year. The site is now effectively in its 3rd growing season an offers good long term timber growth potential. The tract also offers good hunting and recreation potential for white-tailed deer and other wildlife.
