Camden, ALWilcox County

This very nice timber and hunting tract is located south of Camden in extreme south Wilcox County as noted on the plat map. It is located near the Alabama River and is an excellent hunting tract. It features frontage on County Highway 12 which runs through the property. There is a very good stand of merchantable loblolly pine plantation which has recently been thinned, and hardwood along the drains that run through the tract. The new camp house is located on the east site of Highway 12, with the majority of the property situated on the west side. If you want a small timber and recreational tract that needs no improvement, this is an excellent choice.
