(3 miles east and one mile north of Avard, OK) OR from the west edge of Alva (water tower) go 3 miles west on US 64, then 5 miles south. This land is within 10 minutes of Alva on good rock & county roads. There appears to be approx. 42 acres of cropland with the balance of the land is in scattered timber, good grass pasture & creek providing grazing and shelter for livestock as well as wildlife habitat and hunting potential, if desired.
