The subject property is located approximately 7-13 miles northeast and southeast of Conde, South Dakota in northeastern Spink County and northwestern Clark County. It contains 800 acres, more or less. There are approximately 566 acres cropland and 77 acres into CRP for an 80% tillable ratio.

The NW1/4, SE1/4 & SW1/4-13-120-60 contains 480 acres, more or less. This parcel is a mixture of cropland, CRP and pasture.
