As agent for the Nygaard Family, Forest Pro LLC is please to offer the Woolworth Tracts for sealed bid sale. These tracts combined total 202 acres and are located in Lincoln County, in south central Mississippi. The properties are situated in the uplands of the Bear Creek watershed within the Pearl River Basin.

We invite you to submit a sealed lump sum bid on the following described Land, Timber, or Land & Timber together, on either/or both Tract 1 and Tract 2.

Date Bids Will Be Opened: Friday, January 12th, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at the office of Forest Pro LLC. Bids will be accepted by mail or hand delivery subject to the conditions described on Page 2. Bidders are welcome to attend the bid opening and will be notified of the successful bidder.

Date for Show-Me Trip: Should anyone desire, please notify me and I will schedule a show-me-trip for Wednesday, January 10th, 2018, 10-12 a.m. on site, at the property entrance of Tract 1.

The Woolworth Tracts comprise a total of 202 acres with Tract 1 containing 121 acres and Tract 2 being 81 acres. Both of the properties feature public road frontage, a consistent stand of investment grade, merchantable planted pine, rolling topography, and access to small creeks.
