Great timber and recreation site with potential for panoramic views of the ocean. Mostly replanted in Sitka Spruce and some Hemlock coming up through the underbrush. Great site for fast growing Hemlock. Could use some help releasing the last (natural) replant or start over fresh. A D8 and land machines would do wonders on this property. Gated access on the north of Rocky Creek and access to the top through about 3 miles of limited use access agreements exclude residential access.
