Tiger Road runs East and West along the propertys South side, Falcon Drive occupies its eastern boundary going North and South, and Rattlesnake road runs parallel to the northern border, going East and West. Land:

The land is generally flat in most areas, and is mostly made up of Amarillo fine sandy loam (around 650 acres, or 80% of the farm). Per FSA maps, around 500 of these acres have a slope of 0-1%, and the other 150 has a slope ranging from 0-3%. Acuff loam, Posey fine sandy loam, Portales loam, and other solis can also be found on the property in smaller quantities.

Water:
