Eric led the family farm for over twenty years with his brother Aaron and dad, Rob. He has extensive large-size farm operations and logistics experience. The farm was primarily non-specialized grains: corn, soybeans, and wheat. Additionally, Eric focused on regular and timely communications with over 150 landowners. These relationships became friendships and created a wonderful and caring farm community. Eric has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis. He also holds an Indiana real estate salesperson license and Indiana chemical applicator license. Erics wife Cathy is a commercial real estate agent. Eric and Cathy have two energetic and athletic daughters they support through travel and school programs. Oldest daughter, Addison, plays volleyball and softball, while sister Piper plays softball and is a gymnast. Both girls participate in 4-H as well. Eric is excited about agriculture!
