Hilltop House Hideaway / Log Home with 62 acres
Barn & Pasture (fenced around barn for horses)
Primm Springs, TN / Lick Creek
This log home was built as a summer "getaway" where the owners enjoyed a scenic, hilltop escape. In addition to the log home, there is a separate workshop and covered patio, as well as a large barn (30' x 40') for their horses.

The topography is definitely rolling in this area. Lick Creek running through this part of the country provides some of the most beautiful, park-like scenery you will find in middle Tennessee! Just look at some of the scenic photos of surrounding properties you will see on the drive to the log home.
The house was built in 2003 and features 1,800 square feet of living space on the main level; there is also a full basement. The large room also boasts of a stone fireplace, providing just the right ambience (and heat when needed) for this cozy home. The owners designed and had installed large picture windows throughout the living area taking full advantage of the scenic views.
The basement features two large garage doors for easy in and out for your vehicles, ATV's, SUV's, UTV', etc. There is a wood-burning stove in the basement for bonus heat. The basement also has a "canning kitchen" which can be used for a lower level apartment.
