Farm #3 (86 Acres): Located from southeast corner of Farm #1, 1/2 mile east, 4 miles south, & 3/4 miles east OR from Dover, 1 mile south on US 81, 11 1/2 miles east on Dover/Crescent Blacktop (6 miles west of Crescent) to the 6 Mile Bar, then 2 miles north and 1 mile west.

Soil Types: Mostly Dougherty-Eufaula complex and some Eufaula fine sand, both Class IV.

F.S.A. Information: 82.74 acres of cropland (presently grass), does not appear to have an established wheat base.
