The Haynie-Embrey House, a Texas Historical Home, was built in Brenham, Texas in 1899 by John T. Embrey (a Confederate Army veteran) and his wife, Nellie. The Haynie-Embrey House was purchased in 1975 by Camden and Virginia Jenkins and moved from Brenham to the Jenkins ranch in Bleiblerville, where it was originally restored.
