Description

This 80 acre recreation tract is located in the heart of central Oregon Three Rivers Recreation Area of Lake Billy Chinook, and could be used for camping or a base camp, with excellent access to lands within the Deschutes National Forest, and the Crooked River National Grassland to the east. This area is known for its excellent habitat for both deer and elk, and is within the Metolius Wildlife Unit.

Fly Lake Road (USFS) is located 3/4 mile to the west, and a spur from Fly Lake Road provides physical access (but not legal access) to the southeast corner which extends to SW Graham Road, northwest of the parcel. The lands surrounding this parcel are in private ownership, with Portland General Electric (P.G.E.) the owner to the north. It is located within the Metolius Wildlife Unit.
