Location: The ranch is located northeast of Amarillo, near Stinnett, Texas

Acres: 9,100 Acres, more or less

Terrain: The terrain of the ranch is gently rolling to hilly with elevations ranging from 3,370 feet to around 3,150 feet. Several good draws run through the ranch. Soils are fairly tight to sometimes sandy, and the ranch has an open appearance with scattered bear grass and sage. Trees and plum thickets skirt the draws and bottomlands. There are approximately 496.1 acres of CRP with an annual payment of $18,639.00 through 2009. Also, 284 acres are in cultivation and can be irrigated. The cultivated land receives an annual FSA direct payment of $3,516.00.

Access: Access is provided by paved highways, graded county roads and oilfield roads. Paved highway frontage on two sides.
