Description: This tract is located in northwest Walker County, just 19 miles west of Jasper, AL and 60 miles northwest of downtown Birmingham. It is located just off US Hwy 78 (future I-22 corridor). The Lewis Smith Lake recreational and residential development area is only 24 miles from this forested property. Tract features include young and old pine plantations as well as natural hardwood forest. Sixteen acres of water impoundments are resident, as well, Mill Creek runs through the property. This tract has immediate income potential and also sports an abundant population of whitetail deer and turkey. A number of wildlife food plots have been installed. Access is available via paved public roads (Old Flatwoods road) and multiple gated internal road ways.
