The Bradshaw Brake Tract is +/-95 acres of mixed hardwood timber in the bottomlands adjacent to Bradshaw Brake. The timber on the property has been recently selectively harvested leaving an open stand of woods that offers good hunting and recreation potential for the owner. There are open areas that can easily be converted to food plots and lanes for hunting stands. The topography of the tract is gently rolling across most of the acreage with an area of bottomland through the middle of the tract and an area of cypress-tupelo brake along the north that is prone to flooding. This tract is located about 20 minutes south of Pine Bluff, and 20 minutes north of Star City. Historical access to the tract has been by prescriptive easement across adjoining landowners.
