2. There are two large sheet metal hay barns enclosed on three sides (open front). One barn is approximately 180 x 84 x 20 and one is approximately 51 x 117 x 20'. The metal shop building with concrete floor is approximately 45 x 27x 15.

3. Perimeter fencing on the farm is five strands of barbed wire with a combination of wood and steel posts.

4. There is a small set of livestock pens with an 8 x 16 livestock scale and loading chute and a 10 x 30, 80,000 lb. flat scale for weighing hay trucks and fertilizer trailers.

The farm is all in one block and the soil type is mainly sandy loam which is very suitable for wheat, corn, cotton, grain sorghum, alfalfa and sunflower production. Grain sorghum for seed production was grown on the farm this past season.

Approximate annual average moisture for the area is 14.85 and the approximate elevation is

3,965 above sea level.
