This 960 acre tract of grassland is located in the strong grass country northwest of House, New Mexico. Leaving House on Hwy. 156 (IMA HIGHWAY) proceed to Quay Road 37, thence two miles west to Quay Road BL and mile north to the south boundary of the ranch, thence 1 1/2 miles north through the property to the end of an all-weather road.

Predominate grasses in the area are Blue Grama and Side Oats Grama. 512 acres were dryland farmed a number of years ago and have been turned back to native grass.

The fences will hold cattle however they are in need of repair prior to stocking the ranch.

Water for livestock and game will need to be developed on the ranch via a new well(s) and pipelines to be installed. The wells and livestock watering facilities are not in use at this time.
