The Hattie NE Tract is approximately 100 acres (exact acreage to be determined by survey). Located on Lee Rd 158, between Hwy 280 and Lake Harding, the tract has a paved road frontage with electric and public water. Approximately 1/3 mile of road frontage provides the opportunity for subdivision into smaller parcels. The property has rolling topography and upland soils with some long-distance views. Most of this tract (±59 acres) consists of 3-year-old planted pine, and there are ±12 acres of 16-year-old pine and ±20 acres of 35-40-year-old hardwood. There is a stream along the western boundary of this property on which some long-term beaver activity has created several acres of scenic wetland with interconnected pools of open water and marsh (lots of wood ducks). A few ephemeral streams which drain into this wetland would make good pond sites near the middle of this property.
