Frontier Shores is a lakeside community on Keystone Lake. The Community has its own boat ramp.

The property is Frontier Shores Lots 19 & 20. They have 146 feet of western frontage on Stagecoach Trail and are 150 feet deep. They are located only about 0.33 mile from the Frontier Shores entrance. There is roughly a 20 foot upward slope from the northern end of the property to the southern end and the lots are covered in grasses, trees and brush. Water lines run along the road and power lines are only about 150 yards away.

The subdivision is not fully developed which means there are still lots available for purchase and building. There is power, phone, & water throughout most of the subdivision. Cell phones worked everywhere when we were there.

Zoning: Agricultural / Residential / Recreational, which means you can have a garden, as well as build a home there. Minimum house size: 650 sq ft.

There is a very modest $50 per year association fee. There are no time limits to build, and no requirement to make you build. Taxes are about $10 per year per lot.

Finance Price: $6,975 + $195 document fee. First payment of $294 covers the document fee and $99 goes towards the property. Finance the balance for as little as $142.73 per month over 5 years. We do not run a credit check, everyone qualifies for financing.
