The tract is located about 3 miles northeast of Point Cedar and 17 miles southwest of Hot Springs. Access is excellent with frontage on gravel Birch Drive and gravel Greenbelt Lane. Timber consists of merchantable native pine / hardwood. Pine site index averages eighty (80) feet (base age 50) on fine sandy loam soils. Terrain is gently rolling.
