There is single wide trailer house which is less than 5 years old. It is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath with central air and heat, washer/dryer. Next to the house is a 40x60 pole barn for parking & equipment.

Recreation:

This would make a nice hunting property. There are plenty of deer in the area plus dove, quail, turkey, and hogs. The ranch hasn't been hunted in recent years.

The Lone Oak Ranch has great access yet very private, water, electric, & GREAT VIEWS! If you are looking for a hunting property with lodging, you need to look at this one!
