They are home to a wide variety of wildlife and bird species. All of the properties are primarily north slope and they are definitively above the winter snow level. This parcel is accessed by the easement road. This parcel has the highest elevation point of all the properties at over 5,700 feet and perhaps the best views of the surrounding mountains. And, it is the only property that has a view of the San Joaquin Valley. It has good road access throughout and several excellent potential cabin or camping sites have been roughed out. The easement road also provides access to a 40 acre cabin property adjacent to the west.
