The Round Tree Road East and West Tracts will be offered by lump sum sealed bid on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 10:00am. Bids may be submitted for either or both tracts.

The Round Tree Road West Tract is located approximately four (4) miles southeast of Donaldson, Arkansas and described as part of the N of Frl. NE of SE; part of the S of Frl. NE of SE, Section 20, located in Township 6 South, Range 17 West, containing a total of 32 GIS acres, more or less, Hot Spring County, Arkansas (see attached maps). Access is frontage on Round Tree Road. Terrain is flat to gently rolling with a few small creeks. Timber consists of 2001 pine plantation. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-six (86) feet on silt and fine sandy loam soils. Tract offers excellent timberland investment, immediate income and hunting opportunities.
