The El Paso Pipeline Road runs right through the southern part of the property and it's a gravel road so the access is GOOD. There are NO IMPROVEMENTS out here. Power is just off the S/E corner of the lot (maybe 200 ft?)

Water: I get asked a lot about water out here. I would not expect water because the area is known to be dry. The nearest well is the Grace Chapel Church out there about a mile to the south. This well is 1000 ft deep and the well report shows 1 GPM.
