This development is one of the most beautiful I've seen along the White River. It has so much to offer: It is a gated community of only 20 lots, and there is a private boat ramp for use by lot owners. The lot is about one acre in size and couldn't be on a prettier stretch of river. It is also high enough to avoid flooding. The development is tucked away below huge bluffs and lies at the end of a county road, so there is no traffic.
