Where Silence Exists

2200 miles from the closest landmass, there is a place, Niulii by name, on the northern tip of the Big Island of Hawai`i where King Kamehameha was raised. Niulii was a section of Kamehamehas heritage where land was the most fertile. Now a legacy property with forty-four acres of pristine pastures, rolling hills, verdant valleys, and a one-fourth mile of coastline protected in perpetuity with a conservation easement. This property descended through one trust until the 21st century when the current owners became the stewards of the land. Today, within the groves of tropical fruit, a modern farmhouse is positioned to capture rainbows, spectacular views of Maui and the rims of Pololu and Waipio Valleys.
