There is no sign of wetlands or other critical areas on this property or immediately adjacent to it west, north, or east. Its on high enough elevation coming down the slope (east) from SR 103 that I believe its dry ground and well above the fluctuating water table. Plants are all upland species. There are parcels east of this spot (several properties down) that have wetland signatures/low depressions where groundwater likely comes to the surface or where ditches have been dug. Stark contrast to this property. You should be in the clear here in terms of critical areas concerns. This is great news for future building and septic.
