Snyder was born and raised outside of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Inspired by a family of hard workers, Dustin grew up working on a local Christmas tree farm and working on his families large-scale grain and dairy farm. Through his youth he took a great interest in the outdoors becoming an avid bow hunter and trapper. In high school he was President of his high school Future Farmers of America Chapter. His agricultural experience and background led him to begin planting Christmas Trees at the age of 17. Snyder Farms now sells Christmas trees locally and to customers in surrounding states, he continued to expand his operation over the years with future plans on having a choose and cut Christmas tree farm and a pick your own blueberries and pumpkins on his own 95 acre farm. At the age of 18 he obtained his Class A CDL license and picked up raw milk at many local dairy farms creating a bond with many local dairy farmers, all while attending Bloomsburg University for Environmental Planning. He continued to pursue other interests in the Oil and Gas Industry and became an Oil and Gas Landman Broker. From a young age attending horse auctions with his grandfather and cattle auctions with his uncles, Dustin became inspired to use his agricultural background, excellent work ethic, and wonderful people skills to become an Auctioneer and Land and Farm Specialist. Intrigued by the auctioneer chant and ability to sell items while entertaining the crowd, Dustin pursued his dream and attended Harrisburg Area Community College and earned an Associates Degree in Auctioneering. Dustin graduated with top honors and became a Pennsylvania State Licensed Auctioneer. After successfully selling millions of dollars in real estate at public auction, Dustin elected to pursue selling real estate as a full-time endeavor, joining forces with a well-known company, The Land Connection, and purchasing the company from, Land & Farm Sales Expert, Ron Arthur.
