Located in GMU 11, the property is adjacent to tens of thousands of acres of BLM lands including the Windy Gulch Wilderness Study Area. A unique component of the ranch is a 320+/- acre portion that is surrounded by the WSA. It encompasses the fertile valley floors of two drainages that extend up into a game-rich area that is very difficult for the public to access. The ranch is located about 15 minutes outside of Meeker in northwest Colorado.
