Driving Directions: From Hwy 58 east of Tehachapi, take Sand Canyon Rd north. Turn left on Umtali. Turn right on Zambizi Rd. Curve left at the red and white gate. Continue straight on Quail Mountain Dr. Pass the intersection of Quail and Bronsbury Rd. Continue on Quail. Just after the tan metal barn with the green roof, turn right on Montclaire Rd. Take an immediate left to stay on Montclaire. Drive all the way to the top. After passing the driveway with the chain link across the driveway (which is not the parcel for sale), the parcel for sale will be on the right. I placed a sign but it may or may not be exactly on the parcel. Study the aerial map to see a possible overgrown dirt driveway and approximate boundaries and dont trust my sign too much. Take the maps. There is no locked gate. Dirt roads out here vary from easily passable to extremely rough with deep ruts and big sharp rocks in the road. Wear hiking boots. Take a 4WD, go slow and swerve around the ruts. The property cannot be viewed without a 4WD. I drove it in a Ford Explorer SUV.
