LOCATION: Franklin County, Arkansas, just over 4 miles north of the small community of Mulberry. Approximately 40 miles east of Ft. Smith, and 2 hours west of Little Rock.

SITE: 40 acres m/l of pasture/woods with nearly level to gently sloping terrain, good soils-mostly class 4. A quarter of a mile south of the Ozark National Forest.

UTILITES-Electric, rural water and phone on north side of property.

COVER: Estimate 80% open for pasture and hay meadows. Grasses are mainly a Bermuda base with a mixture of native and legumes. Most open areas have additionally been used as hay meadows. Any woods left are mainly draws and for wildlife/aesthetics.

ACCESS: Piney Road, a county-maintained road, is on entire north side and Ford Ridge Road touches the southeast corner. Approximately 2 miles west of SH 215, 4 miles north of I-40 and 8 miles east of I-49.

WATER/STREAMS: 1 pond, wet weather drainage.
