Turn right onto Private Road (PR) 3340 (Broker can provide PIN location for this turnoff - call or text) Go aprrox 1/2 mile and turn right onto PR 3341. Go approx 1/2 mile - property is on left - look for sign. Can also see property from PR 3340 side, but no sign on that side. Look for yellow flagging on both sides.
