Most of the tract was cut around 2012 and contains natural regeneration mixed timber. There are also a number of larger oaks that were not cut. You will find 9-10 acres along the east line that also have more mature growth. There are several pond sites and a potential lake site. Yet, there are no flood zone areas on the tract according to the GIS map. This is north of HW 98 in Western Mobile County and near Wilmer.
