One person on the way out does live there full time and uses solar for power.

The road was pretty good and I was able to make it in 2WD. I do recommend 4WD if youd like to visit in the winter. High clearance vehicle necessary at least an SUV. No car access. The road it shows going through the property is no longer there. It turns to the right and goes along the north border.
