A combined nearly 100,000 acres were listed for sale in Oregon's Douglas County recently; the value of all Douglas County ranches, farms, hunting land and other rural land and acreage for sale was nearly $295 million. Douglas County ranks sixth out of 36 counties in the state for the combined amount of land currently advertised for sale. There were two properties listed as sold in Douglas County through the Land Network Comparable Sales Program. This represented a total value of $1,714,000. Roseburg had the most land for sale.
