Land for Sale in Valley County, Idaho over $1M

Valley County's city of McCall beckons with a year-round roster of events and activities, including the popular McCall Winter Carnival at the end of January, when Mardi Gras takes on an alpine slant and local businesses and artists unveil their annual snow sculptures. Summer fun includes boating, fishing and water sport on Payette Lake, while hunters flock to the area for fall big-game hunts, spring wild turkey and late summer bow hunting. The area is popular with anglers casting for cutthroat trout, Chinook salmon, steelhead, rainbow trout, perch and smallmouth bass in the area's many lakes and rivers. A total of around 100,000 acres were listed for sale in Valley County recently, representing a combined approximately $593 million in Valley County land and rural real estate for sale. Valley County ranks third based on the total acres of land for sale among all the counties in the Gem State. Mccall had the most land for sale. Based on its natural assets, tourism and recreation are important sectors for the Valley County economy. Valley County is one of the ten largest counties in Idaho (3,733 square miles). It's located in the Southwestern Idaho region of the state.
