Location: This ranch is located on the Eastern edge of Clay County just 5 miles North of Bellevue, TX near the Montague County Line. Driving time from Fort Worth is one hour.

Terrain: This excellent cattle and horse ranch is an ideal setup for running lots of cattle and is not too far away from the metroplex area. The terrain is primarily gently rolling with a few dramatic elevation changes where ponds have been built to catch the runoff below. The ranch is cross-fenced with cattle guards in place for quick access across the ranch. Most of the ranch offers thick grasses with little brush except for a few areas.
