Tract 1

45 acres with frontage along Monroe County Rd 611 on the west side of the tract. It is primarily all open, with 32.11 acres open and terraced and a small amount of woods along the south end. This tract is currently in CRP until October 2015. Tract 1 joins both Tract 2 and 3 on the north end.

Tract 2

74 acres with access to Monroe County Rd 611 on the west side.
