Cane Branch Tract is a secluded getaway with vigorous young pines and mature hardwood tucked into the Long Cane District of Sumter National Forest. There are about 115 acres of superior loblolly pine seedlings that were established in 2017. A small year-round branch flows thought the center of the tract surrounded by about 30 acres of mature yellow poplars and oaks along with some big pines and patches of younger hardwood.

A Forest Service maintained gravel road goes through the northern edge of the tract. Internal road with creek crossing gives access through the land. Topography is mostly gently rolling. Broad ridges could be used for large food plots. US Forest Service land borders on two sides of the property.

From Troy, SC, (intersection of Hwy 10 and Main St.) go northwest on Main Street crossing the railroad tracks and passing Troy ARP Church where the road changes to Church Street.

About a half mile past the church, come to a stop sign and turn right onto Long Cane Road. In 1.4 miles, look for AFM sign at Forest Service Road L-227-4 and turn left. The property begins in about 1,000 feet on both sides of the gravel Forest Service road.
