TERMS AND CONDITONS: Farms will sell by the acre. The final price will be determined by a post auction survey. Each tract will get its final value from the acre bid price times the surveyed acres. In the event a buyer purchases all 4 tracts, then the current survey will be used for acres minus three acres that were priced with Tract 4, the building. Acres provided on the day of the sale are approx and could increase or decrease according to the survey. $5000 earnest deposit of the purchase price will be required on the day of the sell per buyer. This will be applied to the purchase price at closing. This is non-refundable deposit except for the inability of the seller to perform. If purchased online you will have 48 hours to wire transfer or send certified funds to the escrow account. 4% buyers premium will be added to the buyers fees at the closing.
