The Hollow Draw Ranch is in a portion of Bee County that has excellent topographic relief giving way to beautiful sunrises and sunsets. With elevation ranging from 370 down to 320 in the draw there are great opportunities for a homesite amongst the Oaks meanwhile getting lost in the bottomlands of the property. In the drainages, there are old growth oak trees, elms and hackberrys while the tops have scattered oaks and mixed brush consistent with the area. There is ample grazing country throughout with good native grasses.
