The Whiteline Ranch Main Block is the largest contiguous block of timberland being offered as part of this Portfolio Auction. It has 13,960 acres of forested land, with an estimated 50,847 MBF and an additional 2,744 acres of well-stocked pine plantation with 68%, or 1,866 acres, in the 16 to 35 year age class, located primarily northwest of Whiteline Reservoir. The 2010 harvest volume from Whiteline Ranch Main Block was 1,292 MBF. Whiteline Ranch has an estimated 3,437 acres of non-forest land, including Antelope Valley, which contains 445 acres, and was converted to dry land rye and triticale hay fields in 2008. The total 2009-2010 tonnage was 1,716 tons, with 3,074 bales. A well at Antelope Valley was completed in 1994; Ground Water Application was made in 2008 but is still pending with Oregon Department of Water Resources.

Whiteline Reservoir is located on 775 acres, with capacity to provide surface water for irrigation near the Reservoir and to the Whiteline Farm, with two Certificates of Water Rights. The last few years have not provided precipitation sufficient to keep the Reservoir full.

There is good year-round access to the property from Swan Lake Road, which extends to Antelope Valley, and the Ranch can accommodate up to 1,200 AUMs for spring and summer grazing. The property is leased for the 2011 grazing season at a base rate of $14/AUM. An extensive logging road network provides access over Naylox Mountain to USFS Road 9178, as well as down to Highway 97 by Hagelstein Park.

Several private out-parcels are located in the Main Block in the eastern portion north of Swan Lake Road, with an additional small out-parcel along Swan Lake Road, and another which adjoins Antelope Valley.

Klamath County has designated an estimated 5,730 acres north and west of Antelope Valley with a Destination Resort Overlay, providing a new owner future opportunity to evaluate additional uses for the property.
