This scenic historic ranch has been a working cattle ranch since James Eaves established it in 1892. Mr. Eaves was a pioneer in the establishment of the Angus breed in Oklahoma. The ranch is conveniently located to some of the dominant cattle markets in the state. Strong native & improved grasses, 2 hay meadows (never been grazed), a long growing season, 36” rainfall scattered throughout the year, and excellent working pens with a hydraulic chute and scales contribute to the excellence of this cattle operation. This ranch has always been and will continue to be an asset to the ranching industry.
