Epps Road, Workman, SC 29556 - Clarendon County

This located in eastern Clarendon County and is divided by Epps Road. All of the property consists of forest land that has been managed for forest products, consisting mainly of loblolly pine trees. The soils are productive timber growing soils. A timber type map is attached. The tract is located in an area which has good whitetail deer populations and borders Black River Swamp along the western boundary.
